Eric has experience in a variety of fields ranging from hands on fabrication, additive manufacturing, system development, owning IT matters, and consulting with business leadership. As our Director of Operations, his focus is on improving how One Hat One Hand functions, assisting all departments in optimizing efficiency, coalescing data into usable reports, and supporting executive decision making.

Frequently wearing the hat of the subject matter expert, Eric is able to assist and support staff at all levels; from C-suite to team members on the ground. His background in solving problems of all types gives him the ability to remove obstacles and streamline operations. Eric’s approach to work can be described as a balance of technical know-how and human consideration.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys producing music, adding to-be-built CAD models to his backlog, and working on house projects with his wife.
